Things you and other people do and provide:

a) Information and Content You Provide: We collect content, communications and other information that you provide when you use our products and services, including when you register to create an account, create or share content, or interact with others through the Streammus. This can include information that is present or about the content you provide (such as metadata), such as the location of a photo, or the date a file was created. Our systems automatically process the content and communications that you and others provide to review the context and content included in these items for the purposes described below. These and other information may be subject to special protections in accordance with the laws of your country. c) Networks and Connections: We collect information about the people, pages, accounts, hashtags and groups that you connect to on the Streammus platform and how you interact with them in our products, for example, the people you most communicate with . d) Your use: We collect information about how you use our products, such as the type of content you view or engage with; the resources you use; the actions you take; the people or accounts with which you interact; and the time, frequency and duration of their activities. For example, we track when you are using and the last time you used our products, what publications, videos, and other content you viewed in our products. e) Information about transactions performed on our Products: If you use our products for payments (such as when you hire a musician for an event or rent a venue for a show), we collect information about the transaction. This includes payment information such as your credit or debit card number and other card information; other account information and authentication; billing, delivery, and contact details. f) What other users do and the information they provide about you: We also receive and analyze content, communications, and information that others provide when using our products. This may include information about you, such as when others share or comment on a photo or video of you.

Device Information

As described below, we collect information from and about computers, phones, tablets, smart TVs, and other web-connected devices that you use that integrate with our products, and we combine this information from the different devices you use. For example, we use the information collected about your use of our products on your phone to better customize the content or features you see when you use our products on another device, such as your laptop or tablet.

The information we get from these devices include:

you stream a video from your phone to your TV.

We use the information we have (in accordance with the choices you make) as described below and to provide and enable the operation of Streammus products and services. How is this done?

To provide, customize, and enhance our products and services: We use the information we have to offer our products, including customizing features and content (such as your feed) and making suggestions to you (such as groups or events you may be interested in or topics that you may want to follow) within our products. To create custom products and services that are unique and relevant to you, we use your connections, preferences, activities, and interests based on the data we collect and which we know about through you and others (including data with special protections) that you choose to provide); how you use and interact with our products and services; and the people, things or places with which you are connected and in which you are interested, within our platform. Location Information

We use location-related information such as your current location, where you live, the places you usually present, rehearse, as well as the companies, professionals, and people you are close to in order to provide, customize, and enhance our products and services. Location-related information may be based on things such as the precise location of the device (if you have given us permission to collect this data), IP addresses, and information about your use of the Streammus products by you and others -ins or events that you participate in).

How is this information shared?

Your information is shared with others in the following ways:

Sharing on the Streammus network: When you share and communicate using our products, you choose the audience that can access your content. For example, when you publish to Streammus, some photo or video should select the audience that will see the publication, such as a group, all your friends, the public or a personalized list of people. public information can be seen by anyone within our products. This includes your Streammus username; any information you share publicly; information from your public profile; and the content you share on Streammus. We can provide access or send public information to anyone inside and outside our products. You can also view, access, re-share, or download public information through third-party services such as search engines, APIs, and offline media such as TV, and through applications, sites, and other services that integrate with our products.

Content that other people share or share about you again: You should consider who you choose to share, because people who can view your activities in our products may decide to share them with third parties, including people and companies outside the public with whom you shared. For example, when you share a post, they can download, take a screenshot, or re-share such content with third parties inside or outside our products. Also, when you comment on the post or respond to someone's content, your comment or reaction is visible to anyone who can see that person's content, and they can change the audience later.
